Our Ministries
Introduction
In 1988, God called Pastor Miguel Villanueva to leave his Southern California home and to start a church and community outreach program that would help restore the impoverished families of Tijuana, Mexico. That God given vision has continued to grow and now La Roca is comprised of four distinct ministry outreach programs.La Roca’s programs are all offered free of charge and are funded solely by private donations from individuals, churches and businesses.
